After payment of the evaluation, the patient will receive a link by e-mail to fill out a form with their personal information and photos of their face. Dr. Nakamura will answer you by email.
In the photographic evaluation, the patient can send photos and information for the doctor to evaluate remotely.
This method of consultation is recommended for general questions, such as: “Can I solve my problem? What can we do? How much does it cost?”
We ask for photos from the following angles, totaling 5:
These photos will allow the doctor to assess the patient’s characteristics and the possible interventions needed. It is important that the photos be clear and well-lit so that Dr. Nakamura can make an accurate evaluation. After sending the information and photos, the doctor will reply to the patient within 3 working days with his assessment, recommendations and values/information for a possible surgery.
The value of the photo evaluation is R$ 500.00 (approx. $100.00).
